Ghanshyam leads the direct taxation, audit and assurance services of the firm. He is a senior partner with professional experience of over 23 years, and also looks after overseas investment and taxation planning for clients. He has extensive experience of appearing before income tax authorities on behalf of clients, and manages the audit of public sector undertakings, public sector banks, and urban and district co-operative banks. He also handles information system audits of banks operating under core banking solutions.

He has a proven academic record, securing the Hasam Premji Gold Medal at Sardar Patel University in Advanced Accounting during his graduation, and holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from the ICAI.

He is an active member of the Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI, the Chartered Accountants Association Ahmedabad, and the Navjivan CPE Study Circle. He is closely involved in developing the firm’s automated reporting and MIS systems, and in training office staff on the areas that matter in day-to-day execution.

Nikunj leads the firm’s Goods and Services Tax, Value Added Tax and Central Sales Tax advisory services. He is a partner with more than 17 years of professional experience, and manages services to the government sector including accounting, audit and related work. He also looks after bank audit assignments, including bank statutory audit and concurrent audit, and advises clients on RBI compliance for overseas investments by Indian residents. He represents clients before GST and VAT authorities on assessments and other issues.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM) from the ICAI, and has completed the ICAI Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks.

He is an active member of the Navjivan CPE Study Circle, and trains articled assistants weekly on areas of professional interest.

Nilay leads compliance services relating to the Companies Act, the LLP Act and allied laws. He is a partner with more than 15 years of professional experience. His areas of expertise include Companies Act compliance and the audit of listed companies on both the main board and the SME platform.

He secured a University Gold Medal in Management during his graduation. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also passed the Company Secretary examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He is an active member of the Chartered Accountants Association Ahmedabad and the Navjivan CPE Study Circle.
